Research Profile
My research focuses on applied machine learning, optimisation, control, and trustworthy AI for intelligent, data-driven systems. I am particularly interested in developing scalable and operationally robust AI methods for smart mobility, smart cities, energy systems, cloud computing, healthcare, and environmental intelligence.
My work combines machine learning, distributed intelligence, graph-based modelling, optimisation, privacy-preserving analytics, and human-centred decision support for real-world cyber-physical and socio-technical systems.

Supervision
I supervise and co-supervise PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, research assistants, research masters students, taught masters students and undergraduate final-year project students across applied AI, smart mobility, energy systems, cloud intelligence, healthcare and environmental intelligence.
Teaching
I have taught and coordinated modules in control systems, system dynamics, computer control, mechatronic system simulation and control, and masters-level research projects. I have also contributed to programme-level supervision, project coordination and research-led teaching in electronic engineering, intelligent systems and applied machine learning.
